Messmate Rd Precinct, Torquay
Located at 120 Messmate Rd, Torquay, the Precinct is 178ha and will deliver over 1,300 dwellings for approximately 3,750 residents, and will offer 48 hectares of employment area, 11 hectares of public open space and a new community activity centre.
The project is yet to commence town planning approval.

East Village – 246 East Boundary Rd, East Bentleigh
This masterplanned community, known as East Village, comprises an impressive 3,000 dwellings, 15,000sqm of retail floorspace, 80,000sqm of commercial floorspace.
MAKE acquired the 4.3ha site located at 246 East Boundary Rd, East Bentleigh in 2015 and will provide the ground lease holdings for the site to be transformed by our development partner, Assemble into social and affordable housing with funding from our partners Super Housing Partnerships. This will create a Build to Rent community with social and affordable housing.
The first stage, features units designed by Jackson Clements Burrows Architects, with MGS architects to design a mobility hub and Craig Tan Architects to design 16,000sqm of mixed-use elements.
East Village will also be home to the new McKinnon College Second Campus scheduled to open.
Construction works are scheduled to commence by late 2026.

Carinish Rd, Clayton
The former PMP Printing site, located at 209-211 Carinish Road, Clayton was acquired by MAKE and will be developed by a new joint venture between Assemble and Housing Choices Australia with the first stage to deliver a 287-apartment development within the precinct. Situated on a 2.123ha site, the development will offer social and affordable housing under the Build to Rent model.
Designed by Jackson Clements Burrows Architects, with Rush Wright as landscape architects, the development will also feature over 4,500sqm of commercial space, including office and retail and will include a new 0.14 hectare town plaza.
Construction is set to commence by late-2024.

Located in South Yarra, Melbourne's most sought after suburb, the development was completed in 2017 and features 14 architecturally designed three-bedroom town homes designed by DKO and Studio Tate, with landscaping completed by Jack Merlo.

The Village Warralily
Situated on the Corner of Central Boulevard and Barwon Heads Road in Armstrong Creek, The Village Warralily is a Neighbourhood Shopping Centre anchored by a Woolworths supermarket, pharmacy, medical centre, gym and 20 other specialty retailers.
Located in the heart of Warralily Town Centre, the community has immediate access to Armstrong Creek School, a community hub, kindergarten, sporting fields and a retirement village.
