4 Ballarat Street, Brunswick features 171 apartments in the heart of Brunswick – one of Melbourne’s most socially, creatively and culturally diverse neighbourhoods. The project is Assemble’s third Assemble Futures project, and second supported by AustralianSuper. Designed by Fieldwork with Rush Wright Associates and built by Hacer 

Designed by Hayball and Oculus and built by Hacer the project incorporates a range of communal spaces and amenities, such as a rooftop garden, a sports court, a dog park and workshop on the ground floor.
